At GoGo Endurance, we don’t believe in gimmicks. We do however believe that improving as an endurance athlete is a process. Faster times and better finishes are a byproduct of dedication and consistent, intelligent training. In order to improve, you must first commit to yourself. Once you have made that commitment, our job at GoGo Endurance is simple, to help you discover your potential. Only one male and one female will be the fastest in the world. For the rest of us, the task is simply to strive to become the best version of ourselves. We treat every client the same at GoGo Endurance, from the first-time runner, to the Olympic Trials qualifier. We want to create a plan that will help YOU reach your potential.

Our training plans are designed to build up each individual based on their running history, time availability and goals. Through proper stress, recovery and repeat, we aim to help each individual get the most out of every mile they run. Good coaches should listen as much as, if not more than, they speak. You are a human being with ever changing responsibilities, time commitments and stress in your life. It is our job to help create a running experience that fits into the balance of your life. Often, that requires a fluid, adjustable plan. Our coaching package has no communication limits because we believe communication is the key to building relationships and adapting training. If your training plan is realistic, flexible and attainable, you are far more likely to stay healthy and reap the benefits of your hard work. After all, consistency is the key to success in every endurance sport.
